Since 2002, Xpert’s LLC, has been the ACI Contractor for US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE for Disaster Response Recovery Operations for Puerto Rico. In addition to several IDIQ Contracts with the US Department of Agriculture Natural Resources Conservation Services for Stream Debris and Sediment Removals for Louisiana and Kansas. Whether debris removal and reduction, structure demolition, or management support, Xpert’s LLC has the know-how, experience and resources to respond promptly and effectively to any man-made or natural disaster. With our team of experienced personnel and partners, Xpert’s LLC can respond to any emergency utilizing their self-supporting infrastructure to assist in the recovery. After Hurricane Maria, Xpert’s LLC debris collection and management contract reached 6,000,000 cubic yards of debris, collected in 55 municipalities of Puerto Rico. The debris mission included vegetation brought down by the storms, and final disposal of marine debris, construction and demolition materials, and white goods. Xpert’s LLC grinded at eight temporary debris reduction sites by mulching the vegetation, and continues to work with municipalities, state agencies and commercial farmers to find additional beneficial-use solutions to dispose of the mulch, reducing the amount of material headed to landfills. Other materials ware sent to recycling centers, and the remainder of material was hauled to Environmental Protection Agency approved landfills across the island.

Xpert’s LLC has dealt with various natural disasters including Hurricanes Ima, Maria, George, Jeanne, Katrina, Rita, Wilma, Gustav and Ike, as well as Greensburg and Joplin Tornadoes and various Ice Storms in the states Kansas and Missouri. With a diversity of specializations, Xpert’s, LLC can handle projects that’s require hand labor (for areas that are too sensitive for machinery), barges (waterways that cannot be accessed by land), to heavy equipment.
